The Role

Cobalt has the pleasure to be helping a leading property company to fill a vacancy within their Business Support department. The business operates currently across the UK with sites in cities such as London, Edinburgh and Plymouth. They have recently shared with us an opening for a Property Administrator to join their London office.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will oversee Occupier/ Tenant liaison

  • Assist the finance team with rent invoices and credit control

  • You will support the Property Management team

  • You will manage and resolve operational issues

  • Create client reports

  • Assist with Service Charge budgets and reconciliation

  • Manage arrears, procedures and L&T matters

Job Requirements

  • Have experience interpreting leases

  • Must work with confidence and in a proactive manner (Experience working within Property preferable)

  • Have great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Must be a great listener, eager to learn and keen on hearing feedback

  • Must be computer literate, especially with property management databases
