We are currently working with an independent boutique management agent based in North west London who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their established team.

​

They have been established for over 15 years and are a unique business with a great reputation within their local area managing bother residential and commercial portfolios across North London and central.

​

The ideal candidate will be someone with solid experience within property management having fully managed a leasehold portfolio with exposure to the section 20 process and overseeing major works, Setting and managing the service charge budget and chairing AGM's.

​

Key responsibilities

​

• Undertake site inspections and complete site inspection reports identifying works needed to be completed

• Dealing with and arranging day to day reactive works

• Assist with providing feedback and recommendations with regards to setting service charge budgets

• Issuing Works Orders to contractors and service providers ensuring they are completed reasonably and to good standard and within budget

• Attend meetings with Lessees and Residents, able to take notes and follow up on agreed action points discussed
