Cobalt are excited to be working alongside a private property advisory firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to act as a support to their busy Residential Lettings Department.

​

The role will involve being mainly office based but some external viewings and inspections may also be required.

​

Responsibilities:

​

• Managing a residential property portfolio comprising in excess of 175 units.

• Arranging viewings for applicants to view available properties and liaising with current tenants where appropriate.

• Arranging photographs to be taken for advertising purposes.

• Keeping landlords advised of developments.

• Sending out references and handling the process through to completion.

• Agreeing terms of new tenancy with both prospective tenant and landlords.

• Being the first point of contact for any maintenance issues, liaising with both contractors and landlords to ensure the problems are resolved in quickly and efficiently

• Undertaking viewings and inspections when required

• Dealing with tenancy renewals and rent increases.

• Serving S21 and S143 notices as required.

• Dealing with end of tenancy matters to include return of deposits.
