Property Manager - Scotland

I am currently partnered with a leading nationwide independent commercial property management specialist who are looking for a Property Manager to join there lively and growing team. You will be responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including office, retail and industrial units.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the management of client relationships and all portfolio matters such as monthly client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, managing collation of environmental data.

• Work closely with Asset Managers and tenants to maintain and build strong relationships.

• Management of rental and other income including tenant indebtedness.

• Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter whilst ensuring compliance with lease obligations.

• Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties, liaising with third party suppliers where necessary.

The successful candidate must be an experienced Property Manager at Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor level. RICS qualified would be advantageous but isn't essential. You must have a professional approach to your work and be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
