A prestigious Central London privately-owned Estate is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join their Property Management team based in London.

This opportunity will be responsible for the management of their historic London Estate based in the heart of Mayfair and Belgravia.

The main purpose of this role is to put the occupier first by maintaining and developing relationships within a diverse mixed-use portfolio. The role will also involve delivering a positive financial contribution to the Estate through providing first-class customer service which represents value for money to their occupiers, maximises retention and net rent.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Fully understand the occupiers needs, capturing valuable insights to support success.

  • Involved in all aspects of improving the occupier experience.

  • Drive value through improvement projects and processes.

  • Passionate about driving the Estate's sustainability and community objectives.

  • Support customer accounts to minimise arrears.

  • Work with the operations team to support exceptional service delivery and ensure all buildings are all directly managed and operating efficiently.

  • Work with the Facilities Manager's to ensure all sites are safe and free from defects.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new customer services that add value.

  • Support the Asset and Development Managers in the delivery of their Asset Strategy.

Key Property Relationship Manager requirements:

  • Member of RICS is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Commercial Property Management experience is essential.

  • Central London occupier experience would be advantageous.

  • Ambitious, creative and forward thinking individual.

  • Excellent communication skills.

The role is based in their London office, with some flexibility to work from home.

Salary is up to £45,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
