Job Title: Purchase Ledger ( Maternity Cover )

Key Responsibilities:
Proficiency in distinguishing between Construction Industry Scheme (C.I.S) and non-C.I.S invoices.
Collaborating with external suppliers to address invoice discrepancies and reconciling supplier statements.
Handling company credit card transactions, ensuring value-added tax (VAT) recovery when applicable.
Serving as the primary point of contact for the Facilities department within the team, addressing inquiries.
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of invoices.
Support the business by implementing new finance processes.
Key Skills:
Prior experience within an accounting role
Good understanding of CIS invoices
Proven ability to explain to complete Purchase Ledger duties
