A leading UK property company is currently looking to expand their Ratings Team based in central London.
They provide specialist business rates services and advice to prestigious clients across retail, restaurants, leisure, offices, industrial, energy and development.
Due to an increase in work from new and existing clients they are seeking a professionally qualified Ratings Surveyor from Chartered Surveyor to Associate Director/Partner level.
As a small-medium sized practice they are offering a competitive basic salary, plus an excellent bonus structure, as well as plenty of company incentives.
Key requirements:
Member of RICS.
Real Estate degree qualified.
Proven business rates experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
Salary will range depending on level of experience £45,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
Office based in central London.
