Real Estate Graduate

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Real Estate Graduate to join the Asset Management team of a major North West property development and investment company based in Manchester. The team are responsible for the strategic management and development of a substantial portfolio of mixed commercial assets comprising predominantly retail, office, workshop and hospitality accommodation.

The portfolio is managed in-house and day to day responsibilities will include supporting the team

• Managing void properties including marketing & negotiating new lease terms.

• Undertaking lease consultancy work including lease re-gearing, renewals & rent reviews.

• Identifying opportunities to add value & ability to undertake in house development appraisals

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors / Master's degree in Real Estate, and be ready to kick-start their career before the end of 2021. Previous relevant work experience such as an internship or placement year would be very useful but not essential although all candidates must be able to demonstrate their passion and enthusiasm for the built environment. In return, you will receive full support and training for your APC, and become an integral part of an established team of expert surveyors.
