We have the pleasure of working with a well-reputed residential house builder and construction contractor to source an experienced Bid Writer to join their established commercial team. Recruiting due to expansion and successes over recent months, this is an exciting time to join them.

Our client is looking to hire a Refurbishment Bid Writer with a strong refurbishment background. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for your own workload, producing high quality and compliant bid proposals with a focus on refurbishment projects.

You will be well organised and have an excellent understanding of the bid process.

You will be confident in communicating with other areas of the business including design, technical and construction management teams to build successful bid documents.

The role will be pre-dominantly office based in their Hertfordshire HQ with potential to work from home 1-2 days a week.
