Cobalt is currently working on a client-side opportunity to join a fast-growing property business, taking ownership of a portfolio of industrial developments across London and the South. This is a home-based role, giving you the flexibility to both deliver a high-standard of FM service, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance in turn.
This newly created role is seen as a perfect stepping stone to a senior leadership role within the business as they continue their ambitious development plan.
Key Responsibilities for this role will include:
Conducting regular site inspections across your portfolio of industrial properties;
Managing the service charge budgets for the properties;
Fostering excellent working relationships with your tenant representatives;
Managing the work of hard and soft service suppliers, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are adhered to;
Managing the maintenance works on site, including planned, reactive, and CAPEX works from time to time;
Helping to ensure a H&S positive culture on site, leading to full compliance with UK legislation.
Requirements for this role-
Must posess a UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle
Must be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
Must have experience in managing an portfolio of properties, ideally mixed-use/industrial
A proactive, professional attitude to your own, with the ability to work independently to high-standard
