Position: Residential Valuation Surveyor
Location: Nationwide
Package: £48,000 - £60,000 plus strong benefits (including car allowance and 12% bonus on all individual net billings etc.)

Cobalt is pleased to be working with an independent family owned RICS regulated surveying practice that is looking to grow their team nationwide, enlisting experienced Residential Valuation Surveyors.

This has a direct impact on their staff retention statistics showing a loss of staff only to retirement.

You'll need to be an RICS registered valuer with at least one year post qualification experience in residential surveying. This will need to be a mix of experience completing Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyers reports; experience of Building Surveys is encouraged but not essential.
