An award winning UK investor and developer is seeking to grow their Asset Management team with a retail and leisure focused Asset Manager, based in London.
You will be responsible for focusing on both long-term and pop-up uses across their newly developed retail and leisure space, as well as on-going asset management of the estate, supporting the Head of Retail Leasing and Asset Management.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working as a Leasing Agent looking to move client side or a current asset manager, looking for an exicting new challenge.
Day-to-day Retail Asset Management responsibilities include:
Source, negotiate and deliver a vibrant mix of independent operators across the estate (within the leasing strategy).
Construct commercially sustainable deals and support new ventures.
Produce asset management business plans.
Maximise revenue and occupancy of temporary space and legacy properties.
Support the asset and leasing team with the delivery of retail and leisure space.
Support the property management teams in the creation and implementation of business plans.
Carry out the performance reviews every 6 months and annually, to ensure standard and timescales are being met.
Key Asset Management requirements:
Member of RICS.
Proven experience in retail/leisure leasing and/or asset management.
Experience in short-term pop ups would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong occupier relationships.
IT literate and good Excel skills.
You will be required to work from the office 3 days a week, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
Salary is up to £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
