A dynamic Property Company are seeking a Retail Asset Manager to optimise value for a City retail portfolio, including placemaking and investment strategies. The role will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role will include working with outstanding retail brands, as well as innovative pop up brands.
The key duties will include:
Executing hands on Asset Management business plans for the retail portfolio, looking to optimise value across the estate whilst also prioritising the tenant and brand experience
Responsibility for carrying out leasing transactions throughout the portfolio; with capability to negotiate dynamic lease terms for pop up brands
Collaborating internally, with the investment and financial teams to ensure the optimal management and growth of the retail portfolio.
To maintain excellent relationships with both new and existing tenants to ensure a brilliant customer experience.
The successful candidate will be a proven Retail Asset Manager ideally within City locations.
