They are looking for an enthusiastic team player with the desire to grow and continuously develop with the business.

The Role:

  • Spend quality time with each applicant and qualify them to the 10 point DA Standard.

  • Arrange viewings for well-vetted applicants, who can and wish to make a decision.

  • Converting Enquiries into Market Appraisals.

  • Matching out properties to your client base as soon as you have qualified them.

  • Being professional when Liaising with both Tenants, or Vendors for access.

  • Provide feedback to Vendors after each viewing, or at the very least the following morning.

  • Conversing with vendors to achieve price reductions, when appropriate.

  • Sending out offer forms and negotiating terms with your buyers.

  • Uploading new properties onto the portals via our CRM

  • Booking in Photos for new instructions.

  • Arranging for our to Board's to be erected and removed.

  • Participate in constructive morning meetings

  • Canvasing and prospecting new business.

  • Delivering incredible Service and achieving 5 Star Google Reviews.

  • Responsible for social media posts of properties and success stories.

  • Taking videos of properties

  • Progressing your own deals weekly and updating clients frequently.

  • Organizing Keys, Champagne/Hampers, Card for new vendors to collect.

  • Proficient usage of our CRM.

  • Doing Appraisals with Directors.

  • Managing your own diary and making sure we are using your time efficiently.

You will be:
