Sales Consultant

Our client - a very well-regarded, high-end, multi-office agency are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their expanding and successful team in Ascot. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator looking to join a successful, busy office with a professional and prestigious agency who offer great career progression and a chance to excel at the top end of the property industry. Knowledge of the local area would be particularly advantageous.

This agency pay very competitively in terms of both basic and commission and can be flexible for the right person. They are offering a unique opportunity to apply and tell me what you would be looking for.

The Role:

• Register and manage applicants

• Respond to queries via e-mail and telephone

• Arrange and attend viewings

• Provide regular feedback to our clients and build strong relationships

• Conduct occasional market appraisals

• Canvas for new business opportunities

• Liaise with and advise clients and buyers on the market and current regulations

• Negotiate and agree offers

• Manage sales through to completion

• Liaise with solicitors

You Will Be:

• Excellent negotiating skills

• Possess a composed manner and be able to work under pressure

• Good time management, with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills

• Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients and agents

• An understanding of current industry standards and be able to speak knowledgeably about regulations

• Flexible and hard-working approach to work and hours

• Microsoft Office and Excel to a good level

• An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion

• Full driving licence
