Commercial Associate Property Manager - South East

• £45k - £55k + bonus

We are excited to be working with a well-established UK Property Management consultancy who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their fast paced South East Property Management team!

This person will oversee a diverse commercial and private portfolio. If you excel in proactive property management, this role offers autonomy, client interaction, and team leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied and large commercial portfolio including industrial, office, retail, and leisure properties across the South East and outer M25 ring.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.

• Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, and compliance with regulations.

• Lead and support site-based staff and the growing property management team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive commercial property management experience

• Experience liaising with investment clients and managing private clients

• Self-starter with strong organisational skills

• MRICS / AssocRICS qualification (desirable)

• Full driving license required
