Cobalt is working with a global leader in real estate on a Senior Building Manager position in London where you will be managing the commercial offices of a multinational technology brand.
This is great opportunity for a very experienced Building Manager who has been working with blue-chip tenants to further their career and manage one of my clients largest and most prestigious accounts.

Requirements for the role:
Be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
A good understanding of the current H&S regulations and ISO 14001
Experience in setting and managing service charge budgets.
Experience in managing commercial multi-tenanted buildings.
Proven experience in managing trophy assets with blue-chips tenants.
Key responsibilities will include:
Liaison with the visitors, tenants and their staff as required in all matters relating to efficient running of the building.
Procurement and tenders of all new contracts for both soft and hard FM services.
Ensuring the buildings are compliant with the UK Health & Safety legislation, whilst ensuring the buildings comply with ISO 14001 quality assurance.
Preparation of service charge budgets along with quarterly variance reporting and end of year reconciliations
