Senior Facilities Manager

Due to growth in their business, Cobalt is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join a booming property company and help deliver a top tier total FM service within one of our clients' most important strategic partnerships. This role will see you overseeing a portfolio of 9 properties across Central London, with a primary focus on 2 Trophy Assets of around 300,000 sq collectively. You will lead a team of Building Managers and Facilities Managers across this portfolio, helping to provide a top-tier total FM service within Grade A assets across London.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a comprehensive planned maintenance programme is in place for the management of building plant and fabric throughout the portfolio;

• Liaising with occupiers and the client to build a long lasting working relationship;

• Setting and managing service charge budgets;

• Leading the on-site team, ensuring their continued professional development;

• Managing the work of contractors across hard and soft FM;

• Ensuring full compliance with UK health and safety compliance, conducting audits of sites where necessary.

Our client is looking for a service-orientated Senior FM, capable of leading teams, with a strong track record in managing multi-let commercial assets previously. Able to combine your hands on experience alongside a strategic vision to deliver a best-in-class FM service to one of your employers most strategically important partnerships, you will relish the opportunity to take on a new challenge within a growing business, where there is plenty of room for progression. An IOSH is a necessity whilst a NEBOSH or IWFM membership/qualification would be desirable.
