A global Property Investor is currently looking for a Senior Investment and Asset Manager at Associate Director/Director level for a fixed-term contract (9-12 months).

The position will focus on UK retail assets and will cover asset ownership, investment strategies, and transactions.

Key day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Leading the asset team with accountability for business planning, financial accounting, valuation, and optimising net operating income to drive investment returns.

  • Accountability for asset performance including asset management, leasing, property management and accounting, valuation, and appraisal.

  • Delivering an annual Asset Plan for each property.

  • Identifying, evaluating, and implementing initiatives to drive asset performance.

  • Undertaking sales and purchases in partnership with Fund Managers.

  • Contributing to the Investment Strategy view formation.

  • Supporting the Fund Manager with the preparation of client reports.

Key requirements:

  • RICS qualified.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of the UK property market.

  • Clear understanding of real estate portfolio management and asset investment performance drivers.

  • Strong numeracy skills.

  • Proven communication, report writing, presentation & relationship-building skills.

  • Experience using valuation software would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary will vary depending on experience (£80,000 - £110,000) plus competitive benefits.

Office is based in Central London.
