Job Title - Senior MEP Project Manager

Location - East London

Project - Mix use - Residential (High End / High rise) Commercial and retails

Salary - up to £90,000 + up to 20% bonus and a generous package

The client / Role / Project

Cobalt is currently with a well-known developer who has over 40 year's worth of experience, that are looking for an MEP Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving health & safety, planning, quality, co-ordination and overseeing the MEP sub-contractors on the scheme. The project is a mix use scheme and will include 1000 residential units, everything from studio apartments to multi million-pound penthouses, commercial floor space and some small retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Health & Safety KPI's

• Creating MEP lookahead programmes

• Facilitate daily progress meetings with clients, sub-contractors and on-site engineers

• Resolve design & construction issues on site * Project manage daily activities on site

• Writing of Risk Assessments and Method Statements Involvement with end of project signoff

• Managing site personnel, trades and sub-contractors

• Building relationship with MEP sub-contractors.

Skills & Background

• Several years' experience working within MEP

• High Rise experience

• Mixed use residential experience

• Communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and build relationships with 3rd parties

• Experience leading/managing a team
