Senior Property Manager
North West based
My client is a dedicated Property Management Provider with an impressive range of commercial assets under management across the UK.
Working as part of a small localised team in the North West, they are seeking a Property Manager who is an expert in what they do and who enjoys working within a collaborative and dedicated team.
Day to day will include but are not limited to:
Management of multi occupied commercial property
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and on-site staff
Regularly visiting properties to undertake inspections and following up actions noted
Liaising with client's agents, solicitors and other consultants
Supervising and directing site-based staff
Handling the handover of property following acquisition and sale
Preparing, presenting and obtaining approval of service charge budgets
Presenting service charge budgets to tenants and dealing with any queries raised
Liaising with tenants with regards to service charge disputes
Preparing and reporting information to clients in a timely manner
Ensuring all information reported to clients is accurate and of a high quality
Ensuring tenants are complying with lease obligations
Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter
The successful candidate will have
A current and valid UK driving licence
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good skills in Excel and the use of a property management systems (relevant training provided)
Property Education (Degree, HND or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
RICS qualified (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential
Good commercial property market knowledge
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage large workloads
Confidence with a friendly personality
Strong attention to detail
Excellent people skills
Great verbal and written communication
