A Senior Property Manager is required to join a leading UK Real Estate Service Firm in their Newcastle Property Management team.
Reporting to the Head of Northern Property Management, you will support with day to day management across their existing cross-section of commercial property types.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing assets/portfolios for individual investors, property companies and institutions alike.
About the role
Daily contact with clients as part of a wider client team, working with clients ranging from private individuals to property companies.
Attending client meetings as well as producing regular reports to update clients.
Liaising with key stakeholders including occupiers, landlords, tenants as well as Building Managers and Facility Management teams for maintenance and repair issues.
Dealing with matters of rent arrears, service charges and tenant applications.
Setting up new properties.
The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with proven commercial Property Management experience with an interest in developing business with existing and new clients.
