Senior Property Manager (Investor)

Cobalt are delighted to be working with a UK Real Estate Investment specialist who have a proven track record in their ability to maximise value across a wide range of commercial property assets. With a dedicated team based in London and Manchester there is an immediate requirement for an accomplished Senior Property Manager to join the Manchester office.

This role is perfect for a Property Manager with a passion for Real Estate and the desire to work as part of a fast paced and friendly team. You will play an important role as a valuable team member working closing with the Asset Managers, Accounts and Facilities Management teams . The role is very broad but key responsibilities will include overseeing the provision of services to a portfolio of commercial properties and regular liaison with clients, tenants, solicitors, agents and consultants. The role will involve regular travel across the UK. and a full driving licence is essential.

Applications are welcome from candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience, gained in a commercial property environment. You must be up to date with current landlord and tenant and health and safety legislation and ideally the use of Propman or a similar software package. A flexible work pattern is available with a 4 day week in the office.
