Senior/Principal Planner needed Central London

Salary dependent on experience (between £35,000 - £50,000 + Benefits)

As a Senior/Principal planner you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and submitting planning applications across the residential and commercial sectors.

  • The delivery of planning advice.

  • Preparing Planning Statements, undertaking site appraisals, preparing grounds for appeal, and other similar planning documentation.

  • Preparing Local Plan representations

  • Engaging with clients and local authorities.

  • Be willing to develop business development expertise and aim to build the brand of the consultancy / build lasting relationships with clients
