£20,000 - £24,000

Cobalt is a market leading recruitment consultancy specialising in sourcing professionals across Real Estate and built environment. We have been established for over 20 years and work with some of the largest most respected clients in the industry. We have had a hugely successfully 2021 so far and due to this we are looking to expand across all our teams.

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant to assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing, onboarding, and retaining great talent. You will be required to help discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both potential consultants and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include but not restricted to:

  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in the day-to-day responsibilities of their role

  • Identify other industry sectors and companies where the business can source great talent

  • Map and research competitors and target key people within these businesses

  • Follow the interview process arranging/ diarising interviews with the Talent Acquisitions Manager/team managers/directors

  • Assist Talent Acquisitions Manager with management of all of the "on boarding" of new team members through until completion of the probation period

  • Work with the Talent Acquisitions Manager/Directors/Marketing to create a leading employer brand in the recruitment sector. This will include assisting in the monthly creation of compelling content and campaigns that create a leading employer brand
