Valuation Director

Looking for: Valuation Director - Commercial & Mixed use

A Director of Valuation is required to join an expanding multi-disciplinary, development advisory and agency team focusing on Greater London. You will be valuing a wide range of commercial and mixed use properties for primarily (but not exclusively) loan security purposes and will contribute to growing the team's reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sound and profitable advice, valuations and reports to clients, on time and to a high standard

• Oversee the wider team's development and supervise the team on assignments

• Manage existing client relationships at a senior level on a day-to-day basis

• Broaden the existing client list through providing excellent specialist advice to new clients

Person specifications:

• MRICS/FRICS

• RICS Registered Valuer

• Excellent experience in the UK Real Estate market with a focus on valuation, within a consultancy or client background

• Proven ability to generate new business and enhance performance

• Proficient knowledge of valuation software (e.g. Argus Val Cap or Enterprise)

• High quality communication skills

This is a permanent position within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team.

Salary is up to £80,000 per annum, plus car allowance and an excellent benefits package.
