A leading global real estate consultancy is seeking a World Research Director to join their team based in Central London. As a team they focus on delivering thematic research across all asset classes and geographies (Europe, Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific).
They are a forward thinking team looking at current and future factors and forces that will shape the real estate market, such as technology, sustainability and human lifestyle changes.
Their research is then delivered via prestigious annual reports, publications, presentations (to internal and external clients), press, media and podcasts.
Working closely with the Head of Department of World Research key responsibilities include:
Plan, manage and deliver multiple research programmes to deadlines and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Present to key in-house business heads and external clients in webinars and in-person events.
Build strong internal relationships to ensure output is relevant and utilised.
Oversee and manage the design and production of reports, working closely with marketing, PR and external providers.
Assist with the management of Research Analysts.
Create blogs on topical issues and contribute to other initiatives.
Key World Research Director requirements include:
Previous experience working in Real Estate/Property Research.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyse data and create conclusions.
Ability to create impactful and incisive reports.
Skilled and engaging presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
This opportunity would suit someone currently working in a Associate Director/Director level role who is seeking a new challenge within the World Research market, with plenty of future opportunities.
Salary is £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits package and bonus.
Office is based in Central London (flexible working 1-2 days a week).
