We are always interested in talking to people that are IRPM/IOSH qualified or who have previous block or estate management. It is also beneficial if you are a graduate with a degree in Real Estate or come from a senior hospitality or facilities management background.
Those looking for their next property management role within the residential sector should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong organisation skills as well as considerable knowledge on current legislation (such as the Landlord & Tenant Act and Housing Act 1985).
Our clients are always interested in applicants that can demonstrate previous Residential Property Management experience, in particular, strong knowledge of the Section 20 Notice procedure and experience in preparing and setting the service charge budgets.
