The role / responsibilities.
* Supporting the day-to-day management of a landmark mixed-use estate.
* Assisting with the delivery of first-class property management services across the portfolio.
* Supporting service charge budgeting, monitoring and reporting processes.
* Building strong relationships with occupiers, clients, contractors and service partners.
* Assisting with contractor management and KPI monitoring across the estate.
* Supporting compliance, health and safety and operational risk management activities.
* Assisting with sustainability initiatives and environmental management plans.
* Supporting reporting, administration and wider operational projects.
* Working closely with engineering, sustainability and wider management teams.
* Helping deliver a high standard of occupier and customer experience across the estate.
Skills needed / requirements.
* Working knowledge of property or facilities management within commercial or mixed-use environments.
* Experience supporting service charge budgeting and reporting processes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organised approach with strong attention to detail.
* Experience managing contractors and service partners.
* Good understanding of health and safety and compliance requirements.
* Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
* IOSH qualification is essential.
* Interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives would be advantageous.
* Positive and adaptable approach within a fast-paced operational environment.
