About the Role
Cobalt is partnering with a leading property management organisation to appoint an Estates Manager for a multi-occupied business park environment.
This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative onsite team within a fast-paced estate setting, supporting the day-to-day management of the park and delivering a high standard of occupier experience.
This role would suit a proactive property professional with strong organisational skills, a customer-focused approach and experience across operational estate management.

The role / responsibilities.
* Supporting the day-to-day operational management of the business park.
* Managing contractor and supplier performance across the estate.
* Supporting compliance, health and safety and statutory requirements.
* Monitoring planned preventative maintenance and property works programmes.
* Assisting with service charge budgeting, expenditure monitoring and reporting.
* Supporting occupier engagement initiatives, meetings and customer experience activities.
* Managing permit to work processes and contractor controls across site.
* Supporting sustainability initiatives and environmental management plans.
* Preparing operational reports and supporting wider building management administration.
* Working closely with onsite teams, occupiers and external stakeholders to maintain high operational standards.
Skills needed / requirements.
* Working knowledge of property or estate management within commercial environments.
* Experience managing contractors and service partners.
* Understanding of service charge budgeting and operational expenditure management.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organised approach with strong attention to detail.
* Understanding of health and safety and statutory compliance requirements.
* Ability to manage workload within a fast-paced operational environment.
* IOSH qualification is essential.
* IWFM membership would be advantageous.
