- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, rental income, and lease renewals.
- Liaise with asset managers and investors to provide updates on leasing performance and recommend strategies to optimize returns.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a lettings or property management role, preferably within the Build to Rent or residential leasing sectors.
- Strong understanding of the BTR market, including trends in customer expectations, community engagement, and rental pricing.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including Housing Acts, Landlord & Tenant Law, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with residents.
- Strong organizational abilities and experience handling high volumes of administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Why Join This Team?
- Be part of an innovative and growing Build to Rent sector that focuses on community driven living spaces.
- Work within a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
