About the Role

Have you gained over 18 months of professional town planning experience and live in or within commuting distance of London?

 

You may be seeking exposure to a greater variety of major projects to accelerate your career progression? Or perhaps you are soon to be submitting your APC and are ready to start leading on the planning application process on a variety of major projects nationwide?

 

We are currently working closely with a highly revered planning consultancy in London that is eager to welcome a talented Graduate Town Planner or Town Planner to their team. You could accelerate your career progression within a

 

Our client has an enviable roster of clients and a track record of consulting on landmark projects across the country in the residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and renewable energy sector.

 

With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they offer a stimulating work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
  • Preparing planning applications and documents.
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • A Graduate / Assistant Town Planner or Town Planner with a Masters in Urban Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited) and having made a start on RTPI APC.
  • At least 18 months experience in a town planning role.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
