Leasing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Leasing Executive to join our team at a landmark Build-to-Rent development in Milton Keynes, comprising of high-quality apartments. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of a new residential community, where you'll be responsible for delivering a seamless lettings process and ensuring a first-class resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of lettings administration, compliance, and marketing.

• Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and overseeing tenancy paperwork.

• Coordinating online marketing campaigns and reporting on leasing performance.

• Supporting the General Manager with leasing strategy and rent analysis.

• Working with the Resident Experience team to build a vibrant community through communication and events.

• Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to move-out.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lettings, leasing, or customer-facing roles.
