About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Manager to join a growing team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio, working closely with clients, occupiers, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service and ensure best practice in residential property management.
Key Responsibilities
Occupier & Tenancy Management

Act as the first point of contact for occupiers, handling day-to-day queries promptly and professionally.

Manage tenancy lifecycles including referencing, AST renewals, and deposit registrations/returns.

Liaise with letting agents to support smooth lettings processes.
Property Maintenance & Compliance

Organise repairs, maintenance, and servicing as required.

Oversee health & safety compliance including EICRs, EPCs, PAT testing, and other statutory checks.

Work with third-party suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored, strategic advice.

Demonstrate good knowledge of local and national market conditions.

Review and report on outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and areas for improvement.
Team Contribution

Mentor and support junior members of the team, encouraging best practice.

Promote the company's values, actively engaging in business initiatives.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all functions.
Financial Oversight

Manage billing and cash collection processes.

Support the accurate reporting of budgets and forecasts for client portfolios.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 4 years' experience in residential property management.

Ideally ARLA qualified (or working towards).

Strong financial management skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
-
A confident, professional, and personable manner with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
