Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our onsite team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring residents receive excellent service, homes and buildings are maintained to a high standard, and the team works effectively together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in line with company standards.

  • Increase resident satisfaction with service delivery.

  • Handle resident enquiries, carry out inspections, fire alarm testing, lettings viewings, and other front-line services.

  • Ensure delivery of key services including tenancy and income management, resident engagement, and unit/building upkeep.

  • Promote the organisation and build positive relationships with residents and external partners.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or customer-focused industries is essential.

  • Awareness of health & safety requirements and ability to implement them on site.

  • Previous team-working experience with proven ability to achieve targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Well-presented and professional with a passion for customer service.

  • Ability to think creatively, embrace new challenges, and build strong relationships.

  • Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous.
