About the Role

 

Cobalt is working alongside a prominent Managing Agent as they are looking to grow their team through the recruitment of a Regional Facilities Manager for their Central London portfolio. This role will see you managing a portfolio of circa 15 properties, whilst acting on behalf of a number of key clients.

Our client is a market-leading property brand that have a worldwide presence and are notably increasing their portfolio size in the UK by taking on key new instructions. They boast a phenomenal track record of promotions within their company, whilst delivering hands-on training to support the personal development of their staff to ensure they are equipped with the right skills to deliver a first-class FM service.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting, managing, and reconciling the service charge budget for the portfolio.
  • Overseeing and managing contractors for both hard and soft services to ensure their work is completed in line with set KPI's.
  • Building a good rapport with occupiers within the portfolio as well as the client to ensure the effective delivery of FM services.
  • Ensuring compliance across the portfolio with legal and statutory requirements.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the sites within the portfolio to ensure they are free of defects, whilst instructing repairs where necessary.
