What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming residents and visitors, providing a professional and approachable front-of-house service.

  • Assisting residents with queries, maintenance requests, and everyday needs, ensuring a hassle-free rental experience.

  • Supporting property management activities to maintain the highest standards across the development.

  • Building positive, long-lasting relationships with residents, local partners, and colleagues.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in hospitality, hotels, tourism, or customer service, with a natural ability to provide a warm, professional welcome.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with residents from all walks of life.

  • A team-player who is well-presented, reliable, and focused on providing excellent service.

  • Awareness of Health & Safety standards and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Resilience and motivation to deliver positive outcomes in a busy residential environment.
