Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the on site Resident Services Team, ensuring high-quality customer service and community engagement.

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, tenancy matters, and resolving complaints efficiently.

  • Oversee lettings and tenancy processes, ensuring smooth move-ins, renewals, and resident onboarding.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the development, including building maintenance, cleaning services, parcel management, and amenity space coordination.

  • Organise and execute resident engagement initiatives and events to foster a strong community atmosphere.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and maintaining high operational standards.

  • Work closely with external contractors and service providers, ensuring seamless building management.

  • Monitor KPIs and reporting, preparing regular performance updates for senior management.

  • Support with budget management, tracking expenditure, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and implement best practices within the development.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in residential property management, BTR, or hospitality.

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resident engagement.

  • Knowledge of tenancy and property compliance, including lettings regulations and H&S best practices.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with residents, contractors, and key stakeholders.

  • Experience in budget management, reporting, and performance tracking.

  • Flexible approach, with availability to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a premium BTR development, where you can shape the resident experience and contribute to a thriving rental community.
