About the Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Resident Services Leasing Associate to join a dynamic front of house team. This pivotal role ensures residents receive excellent service, properties are efficiently managed, and the lettings process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

  • Conduct property viewings and support prospective tenants throughout their journey.

  • Work closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure homes are ready for letting.

  • Manage inbound enquiries using CRM systems and keep prospective residents engaged.

  • Process Right to Rent checks and references.

  • Handle amenity space bookings, parcel and key management, and visitor reception.

  • Resolve resident queries and complaints effectively.

  • Assist in managing tenancy, income, and voids.

  • Prepare handover documentation and support the wider operations team.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, travel, or tourism.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Awareness of health & safety requirements.

  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Qualifications in property or customer service are desirable.

  • Experience working at events would be an advantage.
