The Role

This varied position includes a healthy mix of Red Book valuations and Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports, with growing exposure to Level 3 building surveys. You'll work closely with a supportive team of surveyors and be empowered to take ownership of your patch, build relationships, and deliver top-tier client service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out residential valuations, surveys, and reports to RICS standards
  • Deliver accurate and timely Red Book reports
  • Work closely with clients across both private and lender sectors
  • Build lasting relationships and grow your presence in the local market

 

What You'll Need

  • AssocRICS qualification and VRS registration or MRICS
  • Hands-on experience conducting residential surveys
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • A collaborative mindset and drive to develop professionally
  • A full UK driving licence
