Our client, a leading Tier One Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to join their dynamic team on a prestigious £200m cut-and-carve commercial scheme in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a landmark project that will shape the city's skyline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and critical path activities.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure programme adherence.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and the client.
- Implement best planning practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Planner on large-scale construction projects (£100m+).
- Strong background in cut and carve refurbishment projects within the commercial sector.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other relevant planning tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
