About the Role
I am working with a highly regarded, multi-disciplinary property consultancy who are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on role managing a large and diverse portfolio on behalf of investors, occupiers and landlords across both the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day property and tenancy management, delivering an excellent service to clients and tenants while contributing to wider team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of properties and tenancies.
* Carry out regular property inspections and produce clear reports.
* Oversee tenant check-ins, check-outs, inventories and documentation.
* Manage day-to-day maintenance and liaise with contractors.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including HMO and Health & Safety.
* Manage budgets, expenditure and financial reporting.
* Oversee major works and Section 20 processes where required.
* Support and manage team members as required.
The Candidate:
- MRICS qualified or with strong experience in property management.
* Good working knowledge of property management legislation and compliance.
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a client-facing role.
* Professional, proactive and solutions-focused.
