About the Role
Do you have over 12-18 months professional planning experience? You might be seeking greater exposure to a healthy pipeline of major projects or simply a fresh environment to further your career progression?
We are currently working closely with a highly revered planning consultancy that is eager to welcome a talented Graduate Town Planner or Town Planner to their team.
Our client has an enviable roster of clients and a track record of delivering exceptional results across various sectors on flag ship projects across the capital, including residential, commercial, and retail.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Preparing planning applications and documents.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- A Graduate / Assistant Planner or Planner with a Masters in Urban Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited) and having made a start on RTPI APC.
- At least twelve months experience within a town planning role.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
