Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity (German fluent)

This is an opportunity to join a well-known Real Estate Private Equity investor. The business has a recognised brand and track record in European Real Estate and are a multi €bn player in the market. This role will focus on investing on an opportunistic basis, across multiple asset classes and across multiple European geographies.

The Firm

The firm are a multi €bn investor with multiple global offices. They have a seriously impressive investment track record and are a very well-known brand in the space. They are targeting deals across multiple asset classes and specialise in both corporate and direct asset deals. They act as a sole investor on deals but also on JVs for larger transactions.

The Role

This is an Analyst level role focussing purely on Investment and Acquisitions. The deals will span across Europe but will be focused more on developed markets, as oppose to emerging. The approach will be very hands-on, and the successful candidate will be able to take on the financial tasks as well as managing aspects such as planning, engineers, tenants etc as well as taking on investment due diligence. There is a need for someone with native German language skills also as there will be a focus on this region.

The Candidate

• Real Estate investment or advisory experience within either a reputable private equity firm, advisory platform or investment bank.

• Fluent in German

• Ability to build financial models.

• Strong technical and valuation skills but also strong people skills to deal with on the ground regional asset managers and all internal and external deal stakeholders

• Good team working skills, ability to multi-task.
