They have built a track record supporting large Real Estate Business across the commercial and residential sector and are constantly innovating their existing as well as ground-breaking new products. As part of this growth, they are seeking an ambitious Business Analyst who has a strong knowledge of the Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sectors who can help grow this already illustrious brand.
Role Responsibilities
Gathering insights and requirements from clients, client-facing departments, and independent research to inform the evolution of their core products.
Representing the business side when explaining requirements and reviewing new work by the development team.
Contributing to the design and evolution of products.
Providing internal and second line support.
Creating feature projects and user stories for Agile development.
Role Requirements
Have a strong working knowledge of Real Estate property management software
A basic understanding of SQL management studio.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with colleagues and clients.
Be able to combine creativity with practical application to produce attractive and workable solutions.
Be self-motivated, able to work both alone and collaboratively as part of a creative team.
