A rare opportunity to join the in-house team of a regional property investment and development business as they continue to expand the portfolio.

This exciting role , working alongside the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management, involves taking responsibility for the smooth day to day running of the estate, including all health and safety, service charge and maintenance matters.

Applicants must have previous hands on property management experience in a commercial environment and pay attention to detail. Candidates must also be able to work under minimal supervision and interact positively with both colleagues and clients/tenants. A full driving licence is required.
