A leading global real estate investment and development company are seeking an Investment Manager to join their Investment and Capital Markets team, based in London.

This position will be responsible for analysing and managing third-party capital transactions to support their UK and European investment and development pipeline.

Key Investment Manager responsibilities include:

  • Identify and analyse business requirements and development executable third-party capital solutions that balance risk and reward each party.

  • Identify, analyse and recommend optimal capital solution structures to support the businesses needs, including sale, forward sale/funding, investment funds, acquisitions, developments and JV's.

  • Manage the analysts on transactions.

  • Support the transaction process to execute preferred capital solutions, including the preparation of buy-side and sell-side marketing and due diligence material.

  • Maintain continual insight into the investment market, including investor trends, structures, pricing and analysis.

  • Work closely with stakeholders including investors, investment banks, investment agents , finance and legal advisory firms and JV partners.

  • Lead analysis and support execution of M&A projects for the region. Identify and track UK and European targets and support the process to see it through to execution.

Key Investment Manager requirements:

  • Proven experience working within the real estate sector within a real estate corporate, investment bank/agent, sovereign wealth, large pension fund or PE firm.

  • In depth end-to-end transaction experience, including transactions engagement and project management.

  • Good understanding of the valuation and investment appraisal process.

  • Excellent numerical, analytic and problem solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Understand investor needs including typical investment structures.

Salary is from £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus benefits package and bonus.

Office is based in Central London, they also offer flexible working. European travel is also required when needed.
