Landlord & Tenant Surveyor

I am delighted to be partnering with Carter Jonas, one of the industry leading property advisors in the UK. Carter Jonas are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their Lease Advisory team in London. You will be developing the excellent strategic value add skills and experience that is required to flourish in what they consider a growing and client-critical team. You will be working with a broad range of commercial properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who wants to build a career in the Landlord and Tenant and Asset Management sector and who would relish a hands-on role working across a broad range of instructions across Carter Jonas's diverse retained client base.

Your daily work will include:

• Rent reviews and lease renewal instructions.

• Lease and Asset management opportunities.

• Assisting lease advisory team Partners with larger instructions, client relationships and business generation.

• Collaborating actively with internal teams across Capital Markets, Leasing & Development Consultancy.

• This is a client-facing role therefore, strong presentation skills are pivotal.

Skills and Experience include:

• Fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.

• Industrial experience advantageous.

• Strong client facing / personal skills.

• Good technical surveying skills.

• Strong analytical and report writing skills.

• Commercial Acumen.
