Night Concierge

Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Shift Pattern: 4 x 4 off

Cobalt is very pleased to be assisting with the recruitment of a Night Concierge for a well-established multi-purpose residential development in West London.

My client is seeking an experienced concierge to aid in the security of the building, elevate the resident experience and to thrive in their wider residential team.

Responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

• To be the first point of contact and safeguarding to Residents, contractors, and colleagues. A high quality of customer service is required for the roles as is a keen eye for any safeguarding issues and being able to report these risks accordingly

• Controlling access to the building, monitoring CCTV systems, carrying out regular patrols and H&S checks and deal with fire and life safety emergencies

• Awareness of vulnerable residents

• During patrols the concierge is expected to visit and patrol all areas of the building and grounds on a rotation basis

• To be a champion of the company values and health and safety regulations

• This is not an exhaustive list and the concierge may need to do some ad-hoc tasks as the client requires
