Property Manager

Property Manager, Permanent, Full-Time, Manchester City Centre, Salary £22,000 (plus excellent monthly bonus)

My client is a leading national real estate consultancy who have instructed Cobalt to source an outstanding Property Manager for one of their Build to Rent schemes in Manchester. Each day will be different and will require a person who can manage an ever-evolving work load that requires ingenuity and excellent problem-solving skills.

The Property Manager is the community's all-in-one leasing, customer service and marketing representative and the appointed Property Manager will be responsible for outlining and managing the community amenities whilst building excellent relationships with prospective guests and residents.

The Property Manager position is a full-time role with working hours varying on a pre-set schedule of:

• 07:30 - 16:00
• 09:00 -17:30
• 11:00 - 19:30

It will also require you to work two weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) in every four, on a five-day week rota basis. Flexibility is a must.

ARLA qualifications are desirable but not essential, and training will be provided.
